Monetising the 4IR

I'm pleased to be speaking to Ministers and Business Leaders later today about how to make money out of a digital economy, and the key elements necessary for a successful transition to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. My main policy recommendations are to create a:

1. Borderless licensing regime;

2. Borderless financing infrastructure; and

3. Borderless currency.
